Love in Action Christian Outreach Center was founded in 1990 by Pastor Stacy L. Heard. It started with approximately 5 members meeting in a home. As the ministry grew, we were able to rent a small building which seated approximately 30 people. As God began to bless us, in 1999, we were able to move into our new facility which seats nearly 500 people. Love in Action Christian Outreach Center (LIA) is a Nondenominational Ministry that teaches the biblical principle that are found in the Bible. We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and Lord of All. We desire to see people's lives changed so that they can make an impact on their family, their community, and their city. We are trying to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our mission at Love In Action Christian Outreach Center is to continually operate as a kingdom-driven, Christ-Centered ministry, focused on holistic development of our people and our community. It is important to us that every member of LIA is whole, healed, and healthy - spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. Our number one goal is and will always be the salvation of the lost. We will specialize in attracting the unsaved, the unchurched, and the people who want a fresh start from the mistakes of their past. We will stay humble and maintain the spirit of love and have that love realized by the people we engage on a daily basis. That’s Love In Action!
