Pastor Stacy L. Heard is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Love In Action Christian Outreach Center Incorporated. A Nondenominational Ministry in Elberton, Ga dedicated to empowering and developing believers with the capacity to live "live by design" as purposed by God.

With over thirty-seven years in the ministry and nearly three decades in pastorate, Pastor Stacy has enjoyed a prolific, storied career in pastoring but consciously chooses to never stop growing personally and spiritually.

Known for his uncompromising integrity, he is a trailblazer and trendsetter who focuses on relevance and innovation in ministry. Pastor Stacy is committed to continual improvement and creating opportunities for others to grow and improve as well. Through his bold, straight-forward delivery of the Word of God, he crusades to deepen the believer's relationship with God, strengthen the bonds and unity within families, and create a culture of love among the fellowship of the saints that will amaze those who look in on us.

A military veteran, a college graduate and husband, Pastor Stacy knows the importance of discipline, education, and commitment. He is honored to be married to First Lady Barbara Heard, who he calls, "the fix it Pastor." Whenever First Lady Barbara sees something within the ministry that is broken or out of whack, she handles it effectively and efficiently. In the words of our Pastor, "First Lady Barbara is our ministry's greatest asset." The couple has six children and seven grandchildren.
